Make Your Mark! Join The Rangatahi-Led Fund Rōpū: A Youth-Led Funding Team

Are you ready to shape the future of your community? Otago Community Trust is seeking passionate young leaders aged 15-24 to join the Rangatahi-Led Fund Rōpū for 2025. This is your chance to make real decisions about real funding that impacts young people across our region.

What is the Rangatahi-Led Fund?

Now entering its third year, this innovative fund puts decision-making power directly in the hands of young people. With up to $5,000 available for each youth-led project, you'll be part of a team that transforms great ideas into community action. Learn more about the fund here.

Your Role as a Decision-Maker:

As part of the rōpū, you will:

• Design the fund's criteria and application process
• Connect with your community to spread the word about funding opportunities
• Review applications and decide which projects receive funding
• Attend 5 hui between February and July 2025
• Collaborate and engage with diverse perspectives and work alongside other passionate young leaders
